Bobby Warrenburg

Senior Pastor
bobby@nscbc.org

Bobby is excited to lead a church that is committed to making disciples, reaching the lost, and living on mission together. Bobby is originally from Austin, TX, and received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master’s in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. After spending some time working in business, he felt a call to ministry and went to China with his wife, Julie, for three years as a church planter. Bobby then came to New England to study at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where he received his Master of Divinity degree. He has most recently served for eight years at a church in Southwest London as the Associate Pastor and then Senior Pastor. Bobby and Julie have four children: William, Grace, Annie, and Lucy. Bobby enjoys cycling, reading, Netflix, meals with friends, and (don’t tell anyone) bird-watching.

Richard Wallace

Associate Pastor

richard@nscbc.org

Richard came to New England from the other side of the Atlantic, growing up in Ballymena, Northern Ireland, before moving to Cambridge, England for university and a subsequent career as a Software Engineer. After working on staff for two churches in Northern Ireland, Richard came to America to study for a Masters of Divinity at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Richard loves the North Shore and the people here and is passionate to see as many people as possible across Essex County hearing, understanding, and being changed by the gospel of Jesus. He and his wife, Tess, have been members of NSCBC since 2016 and together with their son Finn live in Beverly Farms near the church. They love to spend as much time as possible outdoors on the North Shore, and are very fond of all the local seafood. Richard particularly enjoys the sport of rugby, but is yet to find a sport that he doesn’t enjoy (Go Red Sox!)

Adam Kurihara

Minister of Worship Arts
adam@nscbc.org

Adam loves making music so people can worship Jesus. He grew up in sunny California where he developed an early passion for music from private piano lessons, singing in choirs, playing in a blues band, studying music composition, and serving in worship teams. In college Adam discovered the richness of choral music and liturgical traditions, prompting him to move to the Boston area to study Sacred Music at BU’s School of Theology. He graduated from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in 2022 and has most recently served as Pastor of Worship and Community Life at Trinitarian Congregational Church in Wayland, MA from 2011-2022. When not making music Adam likes cooking and enjoys biking around the North Shore. He lives with his wife Shauna, an artist and Spiritual Director, on the campus at GCTS. They are both excited to be a part of the NSCBC family!

Cameron Casey

Interim Youth Minister
cameron@nscbc.org

Cameron grew up outside of Detroit, Michigan in Rochester Hills. His love for asking hard and meaningful questions about life led him to study philosophy at Wayne State University (MI). After graduating with his Bachelor’s degree in 2015, he went on to study theology and ministry at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (M.Div.), graduating in 2019. In addition to his responsibilities in youth ministry, he is pursuing his Th.M. at Boston College School of Theology and Ministry with an emphasis in theology. Currently, he is working on his thesis which bridges two of his passions, theology and philosophy, by combining Charles Taylor’s analysis of a secular age and Edward Schillebeeckx’s theology of hope. Prior to his youth minister position, Cameron spent four-years volunteering in NSCBC’s youth ministry, primarily working with high school students. He loves to build lasting relationships with students, walk alongside them through challenging times, and help spur on spiritual and communal growth. Over the past few years, Cameron has been on a spiritual journey of learning to talk less and listen more, both God and neighbor. He is married to Brittany who serves in worship ministry at NSCBC. His other interests include spending time with friends, having meaningful conversations, cooking, fishing, camping, reading, and watching Gilmore Girls.

Laura Range

Minister of Children and Families
laura@nscbc.org

Laura and her husband, Clay, grew up in Texas before moving to the North Shore for grad school for what they assumed would be for “two years”…in 2005, which is also when they started attending NSCBC. Suffice to say, they fell in love with the area, the people, and our church and are now raising their family here. Laura has a Bachelor of Arts, University Scholar, from Baylor University and a Master of Arts in Church History from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She is passionate about discipleship and Christian formation and wants to come alongside families as they seek to disciple their children (and be discipled in the process!) Laura and Clay have two children: Evan and Callia. Laura enjoys meals with friends, family read-alouds, and unhurried conversations.

Maddie Hutchison

Office Manager
office@nscbc.org

Maddie grew up in central Texas! She finds herself here on the North Shore as her husband, Danner, is pursuing his M.Div. at Gordon Conwell. With previous experience in ministry administration, Maddie hopes that her time in the office will be a blessing to all who interact with her there. In her free time Maddie enjoys reading, cooking and hosting friends, adventuring around the North Shore, and always loves to be outdoors. Maddie is passionate about international work, specifically with refugees! She is excited to see how the Lord will use her at NSCBC!
