At Christmas Eve services at NSCBC, you can expect to sing familiar Christmas hymns, hear our sanctuary choir sing some Christmas anthems, hear a short message, and light candles at the end of the service as we sing Silent Night, and pass the light of Christ! Children are always welcome in our services, and we have different offerings for children depending on the service time. 

During the 4 pm service, children under 3 are invited to check in at our front desk and can stay in the nursery for the whole service. Kids 4 and up will start in the service. Before the sermon, they will be invited downstairs to complete a special Christmas craft! They will then return to the sanctuary to sing “Oh, Holy Night” up front, and then rejoin their families to participate in the lighting of candles and singing of “Silent Night” to end the service.

During the 5:30 pm service, children are welcome, and will remain with their families during the service. Our care room will be available during both services!
